After the revolution of the mobile phone, a new revolution is happening, the smart phone revolution. Smart phones are like mini computers and nowadays provide enough processing power for complex application.
With their large screen and even larger with a tablet, users can interact with an application and enter data easily, nearly as easily as using a desktop computer. When in the field, this input device is also a good solution.
For instance, imagine yourself being onsite with the customer and fulfiling an order directly on a tablet. At the end of the conversation, you may be able to tell the customer, "I processed your order, and I have just been told that it has been packed and is ready to be sent".
